Membership Tier System is determined by the total amount of your single purchase. In general, member tier is determined as 3 levels. Each of the member tier can enjoy specific offers in Online and Offline Store.

- Privilege VIP – A single purchase with a net amount over $1000 will be upgraded to On/Offline Privilege VIP. Privilege VIP can enjoy the specific discounts in CATALOG, Marathon-Sports and GigaSports On/Offline Store.
- Diamond VIP – A single purchase with a net amount over $2000 will be upgraded to On/Offline Diamond VIP. Every dollar you spend will be converted to 1 bonus point, which can be used for the gift redemption in CATALOG and Marathon-Sports Online Store, or even in Marathon-Sports APP.
E-Gift Card is a new gifting method for customer to send gifts to others anytime via CATALOG and Marathon-Sports Online Store. You can choose different denominations of E-gift card for gifting. E-gift card recipients will get the redemption email and log in to My E-gift Card page to redeem the voucher, and they can enjoy shopping in online store.
You can redeem cash coupons through Bonus Point redemption. Cash coupon is only applicable to online store. The validity period of the coupon is subject to the specified period, and will be invalid after the expiry date. Order will be delivered with 7-10 working days after we have received your order. For outlying islands and remote districts, please wait for at least 10 working days for delivery.

S.F. Pickup Point:
Order will be delivered within 7-10 working days after we have received your order. For outlying islands and remote districts, please wait for at least 10 working days for delivery. You will receive a Pickup Notification Email from CATALOG/Marathon-Sports when your order has been dispatched.

After the order is dispatched to the designated S.F. pick up point, Pick up notification email will be sent to you. In general, S.F. Express will keep the order for 3 days. If you still do not pick up the order on the 3rd day, your order will be temporarily stored in the designated S.F. pick up point, and we will notify you by phone to pick it up again; If you still do not pick up the order on the 5th day, the order will be automatically cancelled and returned to us.

In-Store Pickup Service
The products will generally be delivered within 3 - 5 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after order is confirmed. We will notify you by email after orders arrived. Please pick up the order within 3 days after you received the email notification.
All products sold in CATALOG and Marathon-Sports Online Store support In-store pick up service.
The price in online store and retail stores may be different. Please refer to price listed in CATALOG/Marathon-Sports online store for your order payment.
You are free to choose any CATALOG or Marathon-Sports Hong Kong Retail Store for pick up.
You can enjoy free shipping to any CATALOG and Marathon-Sports Hong Kong Retail Store upon net purchase of $400. For order less than HK$400, the delivery charge is HK$50 per order.
Please go to the designated CATALOG/Marathon-Sports retail store and show them the email notification you have received. You can then sign and receive the package after your delivery number and name are confirmed.
If you are entrusting someone else to pick up your delivery for you, they must display the email and give your name to the our store staff before taking the order.
We will reserve your order for 3 days after the orders arrived and send you an email notification.
If you failed to pick up the order till the 3th day, the order will be automatically cancelled and returned to CATALOG/Marathon-Sports retail store. A return shipping fee of HK$50 will be applied, and this amount will be deducted from your total refund. Your payment will be refunded to the same account you used for payment. If you still want the products, you will need to place a new order.

Return & Refund
You can apply for a return by entering to My Account and clicks “My Orders”. You may also contact our Customer Representatives for assistance.
- Refund will generally take 20 working days upon our receipt of the returned products.
- Actual receipt date is subject to the process period of the relevant bank/payment gateway.
- The refund will be made to the account used for your payment.

The 14-day Unconditional Return is only applicable at CATALOG/Marathon-Sports Online Store for one time only per order.
Purchase at Catalog Retail Stores are subject to a 14-day (conditional) exchange policy. For any disputes, Swire Resources Limited reserves the right of final decisions.

However, in cases where specific merchants clearly indicate "no returns or exchanges " on their product pages, the "14-day Unconditional Returns Service " policy of the online store does not apply. In order for you to receive the correct product faster, all orders are only refundable and cannot be exchanged.
